ROPP, Darren William - went home to be with his Saviour on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at age 39. Darren was an incredible husband and personal chef to Misty, whom he made laugh constantly. The cherished son of Mary Ann and Norm Ropp, Darren was a talented millwright who worked with the highest of integrity and excellence. He lived his life demonstrating humility, generosity and kindness. All who knew Darren were impacted by his character, strength and servant heart - and if lucky enough, his amazing cooking! He was grandson to Hildred Hillman and brother-in-law of Ti-Anna Graham, predeceased by his mother-in-law Debra Graham and grandmothers Sarah Ropp and Edith Woolner. Darren will be truly missed by his family, friends and colleagues. Visitation on Friday June 7 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at Gateway Church, 890 Sarnia Road, London, where the Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, June 8 at 11 am. Reception to follow. Memorial contributions to Compassion Canada (519-668-0224) would be appreciated.

Les and Pat High received this news today and we express our sincerest sympathies to Mary Ann, Norm and Misty. It comes a shock to us.
We also have adult children of a similar age and the reality must hit you like a ton of bricks in any event.
May you find the spiritual strength to progress through this time of grief.

We were deeply saddened when our son informed us of Darrens passing. Our hearts truly go out to all of you. Although our paths have not crossed in so very many years we still remember with great gratitude your kindness, caring, friendship and loving service to our family when we lived in London. Your Darren and our Vanessa were friends together in their young childhood. Time, distance and circumstances tend to separate people, but our hope always remains to unite us to Jesus Christ we cling, our King, our Everything.
