It is with sadness we mark the death of June Bernice Low (nee Shinnaman) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 just days after celebrating her 94th birthday. She will be dearly missed by Jack, her devoted husband of seventy years, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will be forever grateful for the love she shared, the laughter she created and the memories she leaves with us all. Those who wish to honour June’s life might consider making a donation in her name to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

June and Jack were long time members of East Plains United Church in Burlington, ON and they always sat in the same place at the back of the church during Sunday service. Brenda and I also sat at the back of the church on the opposite side of the aisle. We often had friendly conversations with June and I remember talking to her about our fondness for crossword puzzles. June also flattered me by reading my letters to the editor. She was a lovely lady. Condolences to Jack, Karen and the rest of the family.

Its with tremendous fondness that I remember Mrs. Low. She always treated me with such kindness and the best chocolate chip cookies ever made, and all I had to do was retrieve things from the top shelf for her. Condolences to the family of the passing of such a wonderful lady and kind soul. I know not only will she be remembered with love, but a part of her is in all of you so she shall also live on.

My deepest condolences. I have such fond memories of the family home on Marley Crescent. The breakfast table was set perfectly the night before. Mrs. Low made the best lunch sandwiches.
Wherever a beautiful soul has been there is a trail of beautiful memories. May your happy memories help to ease your sorrow.

So sorry to learn of your loss.
June was a lovely lady...my height too.
I always enjoyed being in her company. She was kind and gracious.
