Dear Val and Shauna -
So sorry for your loss. We had some great times together with Doug skiing and golfing.
It was also great that Doug was part of the lunch bunch at work. We went out pretty well every day for years.

Doug and I grew up together and although I have not seen him for many years when I occasionally bumped into him...he was still
that personable and happy kid who had the gift of making people feel good. He was a good man and obviously left a legacy of love. What a great photo of him..the only thing that changed is the colour of his hair!

Dear Valerie and Shauna. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this time of mourning. We have many memories of Doug and yourself dancing at the 25 associates Christmas parties ( we were lucky enough to be invited without being an associate ) and also at the fun dances at Seven Lakes in Florida. He seemed to be the life of the party and very much a gentleman. He will be truly missed.

Doug (aka the Senator) was truly one of a kind. He was charming, witty, thoughtful and generous of spirit and wisdom. As a co-worker, Doug would often stop by the office for a to be continued chat and these discussions invariably led to an expression of love he had for his family. Valerie and Shauna, there is no doubt that he cherished you. Wishing you peace during this difficult time and hoping the memories of Doug will comfort you in your sadness. Grief is not forever, but love is.
