He was a cherished first grandson to his grandparents Berta & Manuel Costa (Kitchener), and Karin McCrindell (Etobicoke), and late grandfather Des McCrindell who held a special place in his heart. Andrew also leaves behind his aunts and uncles Duncan & Lynne McCrindell (Vancouver), Louisa & Chuck Growden (Cambridge), Debbie & Trevor Moore (St. Jacobs) and Duane & Ale Costa (Georgetown), as well as a multitude of cousins who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Andrew was known for his vibrant personality and zest for life. He had a wide range of interests and hobbies that brought him immense joy. Whether it was exploring the great outdoors, playing guitar, playing sports with friends, or immersing himself in the world of music, Andrew always pursued his passions with unwavering enthusiasm. His infectious laughter and warm smile could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Thursday, July 18, from 3-5 pm at Harris Funeral Home, located at 220 St. James Street at Richmond, London. A private family graveside service will be held at Woodland Cemetery, where Andrew will be laid to rest in eternal peace.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Andrew’s honor to a charity of your choice. These donations will ensure that his legacy of compassion and kindness lives on.
Though Andrew’s time with us was tragically cut short, his memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
