Meet the Staff

We’ll help you to create a service or celebration of life that will be meaningful to family and friends.

Our staff can assist you in choosing reasonably-priced cremation and burial options that will help you find peace of mind. We can also prepare a reception in our home-like setting.

Jim Harris

Founder

Fondly remembered as a caring man with a wonderful sense of humour, James Harris opened his funeral home in 1962 just before his 30th birthday. He was very dedicated to the people in his care and highly regarded in the community. Away from work, he enjoyed what he called a “long first-childhood” playing baseball and hockey and collecting antique toys. His life continues to be an inspiration to all of us at Harris Funeral Home.

He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Forest City-London and an elder of New St. James Presbyterian Church. He also serves on the Board of Wellspring London.
