SZYNAL, Arek – Arkadiusz ‘Arek’ Krzysztof Szynal, beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on September 18, 2022, at the age of 35.
He is survived by his loving parents, Alina and Krzysztof Szynal, sister Claudia (Kelsie) Szynal, Babcia Nina, longterm girlfriend Alina Kaidanova, Wujek Bogdan (Lidia) Szynal, Ciocia Iwonka (Krzysztof) Stramski, and cousins Ewelina (Erik) Stoyanovich, Anita (Anthony) DeDominicis, Victor (Erika) Stramski, Bartek (Kelsey) Stramski, and Christian Szynal.
A dear ‘Mujek’ to Emery and Rowyn Szynal along with Max, Milana, Ty, Hunter, Lincoln, and Olivia.
Aruś was predeceased by grandparents, Stanisław Szynal, Janina and Tadeusz Pisarek, and cousin, Camilka Szynal.
Arek, a Registered Nurse, devoted his career to caring for others. He was gentle, selfless, and kind to everyone who knew him. He had a passion for aviation, drones, gaming, and fireworks. More importantly, he loved traveling with Alina who brought so much joy to his life and inspired him to be the best version of himself.
Adored by the family pet, Simba, Arek also had a knack for building strong relationships with the neighborhood cats, though he was allergic. He was profoundly passionate about leaving just a single drop of juice in the container, as well as eating only the marshmallows out of the box of lucky charms. If by chance the lucky charms were to be finished off, he found great delight in leaving that empty box for his mama to find.
Arek will be incredibly missed by his family and friends including, Karl, Brent, Matthew, Cory, and Francis.
It is impossible to sum up a person in just a few words, but everyone who was fortunate to meet Arek would agree that he was all of these things:
Versatile
Attentive
Gracious
Innovative
Non-judgmental
Authentic
He will be forever in our hearts.
