Peacefully at his residence on Thursday, February 7, 2019, Robert Harry “Bob” Van Kleek of London in his 84th year. Loving husband of the late Diane Van Kleek, nee Parker (2017). Loving father of Leisa of Santa Barbara, Jon of Calgary and Dorothy (Nick) of Norwich, England. Proud Bubba of Drew Cuddy of Santa Barbara, Elle Cuddy of Austin, and Lucia, Sophia and Nicolas of Norwich. Brother of Doug (Carole) Van Kleek and the late Eileen, Sandra, Joyce and Lesley, all of Alberta. Dear son of the late Lillian (Gough) and Harry Van Kleek. Fondly remembered by the Wellman and Cuddy families, and many friends.
Bob owned and operated travel companies through the years. He played for and was President of the London Lords Football Team, and was an inductee of the London Sports Hall of Fame.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
