A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, July 19 at 11 am at First-St. Andrew’s United Church, 350 Queens Ave. at Waterloo St., Rev. Dr. Jeff Crittenden, officiant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to McCormick Care Foundation for Dementia Services (www.McCormickCareFoundation.ca), Tim Horton’s Foundation Camps (www.timscamps.com) or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Obituary

SWARTZ, Edward (Bud) – Passed away peacefully at McGarrell Place in London on Thursday, July 14, 2022 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Gladys for 66 years.  Cherished father of Jane (David) Bloomfield, Cathy (Jim) Morrison, and Karen Swartz.  Loving grandfather of Nick, Kendra, Gregory and Curtis and great-grandfather of Chase.  Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Bob and Lois Reichard.  Predeceased by his parents, his brothers Donald and Robert and sister Norma Kennedy.  Bud had a successful career with WSIB for over 30 years.  Long time member of Metropolitan United Church.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the management and staff at McGarrell Place for their kind and loving care.
