Eileen Heath

Obituary

HEATH, Eileen 1935 – 2024. Eileen Marjory Heath, age 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side on January 23, 2024. She was born February 1, 1935, in Irvingstown, Northern Ireland to Isabella and Lowther Beacom. She married Malcolm Lindsay in October of 1957, who preceded her death in 1996. After moving from South Africa to Canada in 2009 she fell in love once again with Dr. Ted Heath, and they married in 2009. Eileen’s life was spent loving people, singing and playing the piano or accordion, and walking with Jesus daily. Eileen was a dedicated volunteer in her church, always involved in children’s ministry and Vacation Bible Schools, and shared her love of Jesus through her music. Eileen was a people person, who always made time to stop and chat, taking a genuine interest in how you were doing. Deeply missed by her three daughters; Alison and husband Desmond Nell, Sharon and husband Chris Dell, and Gillian Schuman; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Please join us celebrating her life Saturday afternoon January 27, 2024, at 2:00pm at Village Green Community Church, 505 Village Green Ave, London, ON. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to  Village Green Community Church’s Children’s Ministry or to the International Justice Mission.
