The death is announced of Evans McGregor Brathwaite of Wendy Crescent London, Ontario and formerly of Todd’s Land and Belair, St. George Barbados on September 20, 2023.

Husband of Lucille Charlotte Brathwaite, nee Harewood of St. Philip Barbados. Brother of Tyrone, Candace and Angela Belle, and the late Keith Brathwaite and Ormond Belle. Uncle of Corey, Lisa, and Chano Belle and Janelle Belle-Singh. Cousin of David (Grantley) and Ondeane Elcock and family of Mississauga and Brampton, Vern Bostic, The Very Reverend Canon Jeffrey Gibson, Dean of the St. Michael’s Cathedral Barbados. Friend of Ethelbert Millar, Judy Belle, Leeson Bourne, Barbara and Carlton Williams, Trevor and Yvette Weekes, Lynn Stephens, Cora Campbell and family, Mark and Dawn Young, The late Rev. Visitation will take place at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond between the hours of 4 and 6 p.m. on Monday 2nd October 2023. The funeral service for the late Evans McGregor Brathwaite will take place at St. Andrew Memorial Anglican Church, 55 Foxbar Road at 11 a.m. on Tuesday 3rd October 2023.
