HUTTON, James Whyte – Peacefully at his residence on Friday, June 29, 2018 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Florence for over 68 years. Dear father of Dawn Duke of Sarnia, Denise McDonald (Bob) of London, Jane Murphy (Jim) of Toronto, John Hutton (Sue) of Ottawa and Steve Hutton of Toronto. Proud grandfather of Jeff, Greg (André), Eric (Laura), Jen, Sharon, Brenda, Alex and great grandfather of Liam and Kaileigh. Brother of Mary of Montreal and predeceased by his brothers Robert and David and sisters Jean and Margaret. Jim was a graduate of Queen’s University, a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, Past President of the London East Rotary Club, and a Paul Harris Fellow. He also had a long and distinguished career with Northern Life Assurance Company. Visitation on Wednesday July 4 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond where a Memorial Service will be conducted on Thursday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation with private interment in Burgessville, Ontario. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the London East Rotary Club would be appreciated.
