Obituary

MacFARLANE, John Timothy “Tim” – Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital with family by his side on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in his 90th year.  He is lovingly remembered by his wife Marie; daughters Joanne Branigan of Edmonton and Karen Mokry (Robert) of Austin, Texas;  grandchildren Vaska, Jim, and Molly.

Tim was a big kid at heart.  He loved bluegrass, especially fiddle music, and had a keen interest in trains.  He and Marie enjoyed many bluegrass festivals and traveled on countless rail excursions.

Special thanks to the caregivers in the Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood.
