MUNRO, Lynne Elizabeth – at University Hospital on Friday, March 24, 2023, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Thomas Munro. Dear mother of Lisa Munro (Chander Chaddah) and Sarah Munro. Loving grandmother of Rylee and Jordyn Kogon. Lynne lived with debilitating pain from arthritis during the last years of her life until it became unbearable. The family expresses gratitude for the exceptional care she received from the medical professionals at London Health Sciences Centre. Special thanks to Sheri Bencich, renal transplant team RN, at University Hospital, Dr. Kyra Harris-Schultz, Palliative Care, University Hospital, and Dr. Anna Johnson, University Hospital, for their empathy and support.
