Obituary

BELL, Marion W. (Bonnie) – Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, January 18, 2021 in her 97th year. Predeceased by a sister, Betty, of Toronto (1973) and a brother, Dr. James S. Bell, of Toronto (2011). Survived by sister-in-law, Gloria Bell (Sr), of Toronto and several nieces and nephews.

Bonnie began her teaching career at the Peterborough Collegiate and Vocational School in 1947 and in 1949 joined the staff of Sir Adam Beck Secondary School in London, Ontario, retired in 1980. She was a member of Metropolitan United Church and an Elder for many years. She had a deep affection and gratitude to those friends (personal, professional, and former students) who were so supportive in various ways over the years, and, in particular, to Frances Carroll for her devotion and personal care for many years.
