DYSON, Sean
It is with sadness that the family of Sean Charles Dyson announces his passing at his Toronto residence due to complications from a serious illness. Sean was predeceased by his parents, Dr. Charles Dyson and Molly Dyson, and is survived by his brother, Tony Dyson (May), and sisters Marybeth Drake (John), Martha Coles (John), and Adair Dyson Brenneman. He also leaves behind eleven nieces and nephews.
Sean, a graduate of Lucas High School, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 before moving to Toronto, where he excelled in the physical fitness industry. His passion for health and fitness helped him to become a top sales associate. At the same time, with the help of a photographic memory, he became an expert in history and politics. He always had a profound knowledge of current affairs and could entertain others with his opinions and theories. Precociously bright and passionate, Sean was a skilled and enthusiastic debater, and a formidable opponent.
His generosity knew no bounds, often delighting his family with unexpected gifts. When an unexpected package arrived from Amazon it had to be Uncle Sean.
A private family service will be held at Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario. Memorial contributions to The Toronto Humane Society are welcomed. Sean will be deeply missed.
