Steven Cassina

Obituary

CASSINA, Steven Nerol – Peacefully at home, on Saturday December 30, 2017. Born in Toronto, on January 11, 1953 Steve was the firstborn son of Jean and the late Loren Cassina (March 29,2010). Loved by his sister Lorean (Ted Pritchard) and younger brothers James and Linden. Uncle Steve will be dearly missed by his nephews Jake (Karen) and Sebastian and niece Tedna (Tyler). Great nephews Chase and Marshall will never know the fun of playing baseball with Great Uncle Steve. Steve will be missed by his Aunt Pat Collins of Toronto and Uncle George (Paulene) Kuprenas of London. Cousins Stephanie, Cindy, Ella and Dean have many memories of Steve at family gatherings over the years where Steve would make new rules as he played. Aunt Dornie McConnell was always there as support throughout his life. The family knows Steve is now with our dad arguing over hockey, football and baseball picks and discussing boxing matches. A private family interment will take place in Clarkson, ON in the spring. Remembrances in Steve’s name to a charity of choice will be appreciated.
