SERVICE

The funeral service will be conducted at St. Jude's Anglican Church, 1537 Adelaide Street North on Saturday, December 31 at 11:00 am.

Obituary

MCKAY, The Rev. Brian – Peacefully on Monday, December 26, 2022 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Anne (2020). Cherished Dad of Kelly (Mark) Velle, Laura (Steven) Hughes, Lisa (Chris) Wedlake, and Christopher (Shayna) McKay. Loving Pop to Hannah, Ethan, Julian, David, Olivia, Adam, Brendan, Iain, Kate, Rebecca and Adelyn. Brother of Robin (Maureen) McKay and Tom (Linda) DeBurger. Will also be greatly missed by a large extended family and many dear friends in the Anglican Church.  Brian served as a Priest in the Diocese of Huron for over 50 years.  The family would like to thank all the medical teams who cared for our Dad with special thanks to Dr. Lauren Mai. Visitation on Friday, December 30, from 5-8 pm at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond. The funeral service will be conducted at St. Jude’s Anglican Church, 1537 Adelaide Street North on Saturday, December 31 at 11:00 am. Cremation with interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Arva at a later date.
