Obituary

ORLOWSKI,  William (Bill)  Harry

April 25, 1954  to December 22, 2022

Our Lord called Bill to His heavenly home on Thursday, December 22, 2022 while at home  with his beloved wife, Vicky, by his side.

He is predeceased by his parents, William and Gertrud, nee Zielke, Orlowski.

Bill will be sadly missed by his wife, Victoria Lynn Orlowski, nee Cairns, of over 15 years as well as by his daughters, Amanda Margaret (Thomas) of Portugal,  and Christine Elizabeth (Desmond)  of Germany , both blessings of his marriage to Olga-Bacalhau-Mayer (John)  of London.

Bill was a close twin brother of Rev. Richard Orlowski (Christine) and his family Christopher (Abbey and their son Owen),  and Stephen Orlowski. Fond memories are shared with cousin Richard Konrad (Vicky)  and their family, daughter Erika,grand-daughter Lauren, and daughter Veronica, ( Jonathan), as well as with cousins Anne Pruefer (Windsor, ON),  Aunt Wally Wueschke and her sons Stephen and Ronald, all of western Canada, and finally Helena, Lucie, and Sonja and families in Germany.

Bill’s favourite talents and past times included fishing, travel, photography, wood turning, and faceting—all at which he was gifted.

William and Vicky were faithful members of Faith Lutheran Church, London and will be missed by their church family.

Special thanks are extended to the members of St. Elizabeth Heathcare, the VON, the London Paramedics, and others that supported Vicky in her care for Bill.
